The Halfmen of O

By Maurice Gee
186 pages

Things change for Susan and Nick, who had lived relatively normal lives, apart from a strange birthmark on Susans wrist, with two interlocking parts shaped like teardrops, one part red, the other brown. They are summoned to the planet O, where man has ruined the planet, and torn themselves in half, good and evil. Led by Otis Claw, the cruel halfmen wish to take over O, and Earth. Can Susan and Nick stop them, or will they fail, as Otis Claw wishes?

This was a super good book, and I can’t wait to read the next one! I give it a 10/10, and recommend it to literally anyone who can read!
